Beth and Courtney hardly have any sort of interaction with one another. This is largely because both were on opposing teams on Total Drama Island and never really contended with one another. However, it would be through Beth that Courtney's fear of green jello would be revealed when the former tried to offer some to the latter only for it to be shoved away. Though they are in the same class group in Total Drama Academy, they still never really made contact with each other. While they are not in conflict with one another, they are not necessarily friendly with each other either.

As the boot camp continued, Courtney ended up being eliminated from the challenge. As it happened, she told Chef to take a "chill pill." Chef was infuriated, but he was just as surprised as everyone else that she would say something so bold that he could not take back to her. Later, when Courtney was illegally eliminated from the competition, Chef joined Chris McLean in roughly dragging Courtney down the Dock of Shame and throwing her onto the Boat of Losers while she threatened to sue. They have very much avoided each other in Total Drama Academy, wanting to have as little contact with one another as possible.
Courtney has a seemingly natural conflict with a student at Richmore Academy named Chelsea, who is also a member of the Dodekatheon. Both ran for a spot on the student body council, in contention for the Vice Presidency. Upon first meeting, the two immediately bickered with one another. In the days leading up to the election, Heather was hired by the Dodekatheon to ensure Chelsea was elected, which included ruining the chances of the other candidates such as Courtney. Both Courtney and Chelsea would end up getting elected as Junior Representatives, but their dislike for one another had only just started. The two are hardly able to get along with each always looking for some way to get underneath the skin of the other.
Courtney and Chris have a rather complicated form of conflict. This is in large part due to Courtney's belief that some of Chris' actions are either unfair or intentionally detrimental to her supposed success. In turn, Chris finds her complaining to be very annoying and seems to rather enjoy getting underneath her skin whenever possible.
The primary point of their conflict came when Harold illegally switched the votes so that Courtney would be eliminated as a means of getting back at Duncan. Courtney demanded that the votes be rechecked, but Chris refused. With Chef Hatchet, he roughly dragged her down the Dock and Shame and threw her onto the Boat of Losers while she threatened to sue.
On Total Drama Academy, Courtney has slightly eased her dislike for Chris a bit as a means of appreciation for getting her into such a prestigious boarding school like Richmore Academy. Nevertheless, she was constantly angry at how he would gleefully exploit and milk her rivalry with Duncan against Harold and LeShawna during the Challenge Night competitions. Furthermore, when Chris hosted a debate between the junior class candidates running for election into the student body council, he purposefully read out an embarrassing question regarding her relationship with Duncan, knowing that it was not necessarily one approved by the school officials, merely for the fun of it.
Cody and Courtney hardly have any sort of interaction with one another. This is largely because both were on opposing teams on Total Drama Island and never really contended with one another. Courtney did not think highly of his chances in the dodgeball challenge, calling him "an easy out," though he would end up winning the first round of the challenge. Though they are in the same class group in Total Drama Academy, they still never really made contact with each other. While they are not in conflict with one another, they are not necessarily friendly with each other either.
Courtney and DJ have not had a whole lot of interaction with one another, which is surprising considering that they were on the same team in Total Drama Island. This is likely due to Courtney's inability to actually tell DJ how she felt, who despite his brickhouse frame had a sensitive nature that was otherwise detrimental to the team. Furthermore, she would choose him to compete in the talent contest with his ribbon dance since there were few other options, in her opinion, left to go with. Plus, he was more than willing to defer to her leadership as opposed to questioning it. As such, it is easy to believe that she has a sense of some friendly respect for him. Their interactions have become even fewer in Total Drama Academy as they are in separate class groups.

In the very first challenge of the competition on Camp Wawanakwa, Eva had serious doubts about Courtney's proclamations about herself, criticizing her for not jumping off the thousand foot high cliff into a shark-infested lake, and later complaining about her in ability to move a crate full of supplies across the beach. Had Ezekiel not made sexist remarks later in the day, it was possible Eva and some of the other members of the team would have voted Courtney off first. However, this did not happen and Eva would end up getting eliminated in the next challenge for letting her temper get the best of her in trying to locate her MP3 Player, accusing her teammates of stealing it.
Both hardly had any sort of contact with one another going into Richmore Academy. The both times they were on the same team in the Challenge Night competitions, they were based around singing and both agreed that Eva was hardly the choice to be lead at any point. Eva did enjoy watching Courtney in her feud with Duncan against Harold and LeShawna, seeing it as a great source of entertainment.
Ezekiel and Courtney have a fairly neutral form of interaction with one another. It initially started as a probable conflict on Total Drama Island as Ezekiel's sexist comments would incur the anger of every female on the Killer Bass including Courtney, resulting in his becoming the first to be eliminated. Ironically, it was likely that Courtney would have been eliminated first for her bossy nature had Ezekiel not made his sexist comments. Later on when both are on Playa Des Losers, Ezekiel tried to get her to chill out over her unfair elimination. She would respond by smacking him with a lamppost. However, he was also seen calling Harold a traitor, possibly for the unfair elimination.
Upon arriving at Richmore Academy for Total Drama Academy, Courtney would eventually become one of the first of the girls to forgive Ezekiel for his comments, along with her friend Bridgette and Bridgette's friend, Gwen. Both would also score high enough on their entrance exams to be placed into the same class group. They have not had a whole lot of interaction since.
Courtney and Geoff have not had a whole lot of interaction with one another, which is surprising considering that they were on the same team in Total Drama Island. She has shown signs of frustration around him, as seen during the canoe race to Boney Island. She did not think highly of his craft gift to Bridgette and preferred to leave him behind when he "twisted his ankle" so as not to fall behind in the race. Their interactions have become even fewer in Total Drama Academy as they are in separate class groups. Geoff did try on a few occasions to play peace-keeper during Courtney's feud with Duncan against Harold and LeShawna, but even he could not ease the tension that was being built up.
Gwen and Courtney did not have a whole lot of interaction with one another on Total Drama Island. This is largely because both were on opposing teams. Nevertheless, they apparently did not think highly of one another with Courtney believing Gwen not to be a team player while Gwen considered Courtney to be a goody-goody in an insulting manner.
They were quite civil with one another in Total Drama Academy as both are in the same class group. Gwen found Courtney's feud with Duncan against Harold and LeShawna quite frustrating to the point that she enlisted Izzy to prevent the fighting from getting out of hand. During the Week Eight Challenge Night, both girls were paired with their respective boyfriends. Courtney threw a tantrum upon seeing that Duncan and Gwen were together, believing he had a crush on her. Fortunately, all reaffirmed their commitment their relationships as both Duncan and Gwen had no interest in ever hooking up.
During the first Break Week, Courtney discovered that Gwen, Trent, and Harold were forming a band and wished to join so that she was covered on extra curricular activities. Gwen did not seem to mind too much as the group agreed.

It was in Total Drama Academy that a sense of conflict did come into play between the two of them. Courtney ran for a spot on the student body council, in contention for the Vice Presidency. One of her opponents was Chelsea, a member of the Dodekatheon. The Dodekatheon hired Heather to ensure Chelsea was elected, meaning should would have ruin the chances of the other candidates. Without Courtney realizing it, Heather would manipulate situations to make her look bad in the eyes of the students. It was implied, but never confirmed, that Heather did things such as ruin Courtney's clothing prior to the debate.
However, Heather would switch targets at the last minute when Harold made an impassioned speech at the debate. Heather recognized that he was a greater threat to the Dodekatheon than Courtney and therefore ruined his chances at being elected. As a result, both Courtney and Chelsea were elected as junior representatives to the student body council.
Izzy and Courtney hardly have any sort of interaction with one another. This is largely because both were on opposing teams on Total Drama Island and never really contended with one another, though Izzy was originally sorted into the Killer Bass before offering to switch so that Katie and Sadie could be together. Because of Izzy's eccentric personality, it is difficult to tell what her actual opinions of Courtney are. Meanwhile, Courtney has managed to keep her distance for precautionary reasons. Though they are in the same class group in Total Drama Academy, they still never really made contact with each other. While they are not in conflict with one another, they are not necessarily friendly with each other either. However, Gwen did enlist Izzy to keep the feud involving Courtney, Duncan, Harold, and LeShawna from getting any more out of hand that it was before it finally managed to settle down.
Justin and Courtney hardly have any sort of interaction with one another. This is largely because both were on opposing teams on Total Drama Island and never really contended with one another, even though Courtney was impressed by his looks in the first episode. Furthermore, they are in separate class groups in Total Drama Academy. While they are not in conflict with one another, they are not necessarily friendly with each other either.
The interactions Courtney has had with Katie and Sadie have descended into a conflict due to clashing of personalities. At the start of Total Drama Island, it did appear that an effort was being made for all to be friendly as Courtney tried to comfort Sadie when she was briefly separated from Katie. Later, after all three permanently became members of the Killer Bass, they united together during the dodgeball challenge and were victorious. Katie and Sadie even tried to comfort Courtney when Bridgette accidentally broke her violin.
However, things went downhill during a challenge where they had to camp overnight in the woods. Katie and Sadie got lost and thus returned to the main campgrounds late, resulting in the Killer Bass to lose the challenge. Courtney, along with the other members of the team, were clearly not happy since they were close to winning on a technicality and would ultimately eliminate Katie. Later, during a series of challenges based on trust, Courtney was paired with Sadie in a William Tell blind challenge with Sadie had to shoot an apple off of Courtney's head while blindfolded. Sadie kept missing, causing injury to Courtney as a result. Furthermore, she continued to fire even after Chris had announced the challenge to be over. A frustrated Courtney would arrange for Sadie's elimination as a result.
Things have not improved since they arrived at Richmore Academy. Katie and Sadie have tried to avoid Courtney whenever possible, which is helped by their being in separate class groups. Katie has since engaged in a relationship with Noah, who in turn helps with Courtney in his politics, something that Katie is hardly comfortable with. Noah once asked her to vote for Courtney in the elections, but she and Sadie voted for Harold instead.

Courtney and Owen never really had that much interaction with each other. They were on separate teams in Total Drama Island and in different class groups in Total Drama Academy. One would suspect, though, that they are fairly friendly to one another. Owen was the first to welcome Courtney to Camp Wawanakwa and she rooted for him in the final of the competition even before he announced that he would throw a big party if he won. There were on opposing sides in one Challenge Night competition, that being the Arena challenge in Week 5. Unfortunately, these are the only ever real instances of them making contact with one another.
Trent and Courtney initially did not have a whole lot of interaction with one another. On Total Drama Island, they were on separate teams. In Total Drama Academy, they were in separate class groups. They were, however, paired with one another in the Heartbreak Hotel challenge of Challenge Night, while their respective partners were also paired together. Both Courtney and Trent were saddened at the fact that their partners kissed, Courtney moreso than Trent, but they were reassured that both couples were still together. Courtney would later join a band Trent started with Gwen and Harold during the first Break Week.Total Drama Island, she suggested him for elimination when the Killer Bass were discussing who among themselves should be the first to go.
In the dodgeball challenge, she was extremely critical for his lack of actually ability to not only hit any one on the Screaming Gophers aside from Lindsay, but also to avoid getting hit, calling him the worst at dodgeball. In addition, she became suspicious of his hanging out with the female.
Courtney would also become furious at his being unable to overcome his fear of chickens, yelling at him to stop being "such a girl." Nevertheless, she did stand up for him during the elimination ceremony while the others made fun of him.
They have not had a whole lot of interaction with one another in Total Drama Academy largely due to them being in different class groups. Both would wind up being the final two competitors of Banken Gao Gao during Challenge Night of Week Nine. Tyler wound up ultimately winning the challenge while Courtney was the runner-up.
